I think this is a great idea, from the Brooklyn Brew Shop, it's a kit containing all the items you'll need to brew your own beer (in a 1 gallon glass jug). Select mixes with flavors like Grapefruit Honey Ale, Choc. Maple Porter, and Chestnut Brown Ale, to name a few.
