Very odd, I was just writing this post on a green alternative to the ziploc bag when I received Daily Candy's email today on the same topic.

The ones I had found are EcoStuffer bags on Go Green Etc. They're washable, reusable bags that velcro seal shut.

On Daily Candy today they advertised the Abeego bag, a similar idea made from a hemp/cotton fabric.
