Love these green shoe protectors from Shuella that can be worn with heels! (Will have to test out actually walking in them).

Just as I was about to ask what you do with them once you arrive at your destination I realized they come with a zippered pouch carrying case. The only thing that scares me is their warning to not wear in snow or on ice!
