Garlic and Basil Cubes

If you haven't used these before, get ready. Trader Joe's offers these awesome Dorot frozen cubes such as crushed garlic and chopped basil (here is a full list of all of Dorot's offerings). They are so easy you just pop them out like ice cubes from the tray, throw them in and continue cooking. No washing, cutting, preparing. Plus they are so easy to just store in the fridge and the cubed portions are perfect. Ok, maybe I'm late to catch on but I just love 'em.
