Prenatal Workout

Ok so granted I haven't worked out in weeks, er really months, but I finally tried out my Suzanne Bowen's prenatal workout dvd yesterday and loved it. It was challenging and not boring and just the right amount of time. Today I'm really sore but feel great.

The dvd will from now on be put to use and no longer collect dust by my TV!
